Sales Advisor – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Pendle Village, BB9 5NG
Salary: Minimum wage + uncapped commission (FT currently averages £28,000-30,000 per year)
Shifts: Daytime hours | Weekdays & weekends | In-person role
Hours Available
- Part-Time: From 16 hours (3–4 days)
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours (5 days)
About the Role
Join our Furniture Department as a Sales Advisor at Pendle Village. Earn minimum wage plus uncapped commission. Full-time and part-time hours available.
You will be selling Dining Furniture, Sofa, Rugs and a variety of Home Accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Welcome customers and offer product advice
- Provide a warm, professional shopping experience
- Work towards personal and team sales targets
- Process orders using POS and IT systems
- Keep up-to-date with product ranges
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean and inspiring showroom
- Move and restock furniture as needed
- Support with emails, POS tickets, and basic computer tasks
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident, positive, and eager to learn
- Good IT skills and fluent English
- Able to manage time well and stay organised
- Comfortable with the physical side of the role
- Retail or sales experience is helpful but not essential
