Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Fitting Team to join our construction and renovation projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, adjusting, and repairing windows in various settings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction-related trades to develop their skills within a dynamic team environment. All positions are paid, including internships, and require a commitment to safety and precision.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare window openings to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Install windows using hand tools, power tools, and specialised fabrication equipment
- Adjust and secure windows to meet safety standards and client specifications
- Assist with the removal of old or damaged windows prior to installation
- Collaborate with other trades such as roofing, carpentry, masonry, or plumbing teams as needed
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate fitting
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout each project
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of schematics, construction painting, plastering, welding, electrical experience, plumbing or masonry is advantageous
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good physical fitness for lifting heavy materials and working on-site for extended periods
- Relevant certifications or licences in construction-related disciplines are a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and work effectively within a team environment

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
