Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic member to join our grounds maintenance business.
Driving Licence is essential for the role as you will be driving company vehicles.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor. You will be working alongside the team whilst coordinating and managing staff, ensuring work is delivered safely, and to the highest standards.
You will be leading by example, and essential positive team member with good communication skills to confidently get the best out of others and build good relationships with colleagues and clients.
Duties include:-
- Grass cutting, ride on and pedestrian mowers
- Strimming
- Leaf Clearance
- Tractor work
- sports pitch maintenance
- line marking
- sweeping
A flexible approach to working is required as you will be covering a variety of tasks required for Parishes,Schools,Borough Councils,Businesses and private clients.
PA1 and PA6 ideally, although training will be provided
It is a full time position
Monday to Friday 7am -4.30pm
28 Days holiday per year
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
