£14.25 - £16.68 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Pre‑School Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Highbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children in their early development.

Supporting children within a pre‑school/EYFS setting

Delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework

Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development

Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience working within an EYFS or pre‑school setting

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Competitive hourly rate of £14.25 - £16.68, depending on experience and pay type
