Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join ourbreakfast team at Scotlands Spa Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will cover breakfast lunch and Afternoon Tea, service times
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials to enhance guest experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation between front-of-house and back-of-house.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
