About the Role
Goody Demolition Ltd, one of the UK’s leading demolition contractors, is seeking a Experienced Waste / Labour Manager to join our team based in Aylesham, Kent. This dual role requires managing daily site labour (including agency operatives) while overseeing all site waste management, including disposal, segregation, and regulatory compliance, to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
This role is suitable for:

Key Responsibilities
Managing daily, on-site personnel requirements (agency labourer allocation) and complete day registers and weekly time sheets for permanent employees and agency staff.
Ensuring all site operatives have valid, in-date CCDO/CSCS cards and appropriate training.
Organising the removal of waste, ordering skips, bins, tippers etc, and liaising with specialised waste contractors.
Ensuring compliance with waste duty of care regulations, including accurate documentation for waste transfers.
Key Skills
Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities.
Be able to make informed decisions and react in a timely manner to resolve operational issues whilst maintaining cost effectiveness.
Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
The role is based in our offices in Aylesham, Kent
Salary band for the role is between £40k - £47k depending on experience.
