Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively dining environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a friendly first impression
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
- presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Experience with food safety practices is advantageous
- Barista experience or background in restaurant environments will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques is beneficial
- A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
