Primary Teacher
Location: Chichester
Pay: £140 - £230 per day
Creative Teachers are seeking a highly motivated, committed, and reflective Primary Teacher to join a supportive, inclusive, and ambitious school in Chichester.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice
- Show strong planning, preparation, and marking skills
- Plan well-structured, engaging, and differentiated lessons
- Deliver the Primary National Curriculum effectively
- Use assessment for learning, feedback, and marking to move learning forward
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress, and attainment
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Support SEND, EAL, and pupil premium pupils
- Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
- Marking pupils’ work in line with the school’s marking and feedback policy
- Providing constructive feedback to support pupil progress
- Assessing, recording, and tracking attainment and progress
- Adapting planning based on assessment outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to report writing
- Supporting behaviour management and positive classroom routines
- Contributing to curriculum development and school improvement
