Multiskilled Operatives / Bathroom Installers (Self-Employed) – Immediate Start
Reliable and conscientious operatives required for work commencing immediately in Sandwell, West Bromwich and surrounding areas. This role involves multi-trade works within occupied social housing properties.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced self-employed Bathroom Installers to join our team and carry out bathroom, wet room and level-access shower installations.
Applicants must have a valid UTR number and be CIS registered.
General Duties Include:
- Bathroom strip-outs and installations.
- Fitting bathrooms, wet rooms and level-access showers to a high standard.
- Plumbing works including toilets, basins, showers, baths and associated pipework.
- Tiling, plaster patching and making good.
- Basic carpentry including boxing-in, skirting and finishing works.
- General redecoration and finishing works.
- Working alongside other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on programme.
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas within occupied homes.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to residents.
- Following all health and safety requirements.

- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality bathroom installations while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in bathroom, wet room and level-access shower installations.
- Ability to provide references if required.
- Confident in plumbing, plaster patching, tiling and general building work.
- Strong carpentry skills.
- Previous social housing experience preferred.
- Own van and tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
