Role: Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00AM-5:30PM
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £16,000 - £21,000 per annum
Location: Croydon
Package includes:
· Complete a fully funded qualification.
· Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship.
· Possible career progression into a room leader role.

Responsibilities
· Qualify and shortlist suitable candidates against job vacancies.
· Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
· Identify and attract candidates through company social media platforms and job boards.
· Write, place, update and monitor job adverts in line with company procedure.
· Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
