Acquinex is PIB Group’s specialist transactional risk business, supporting complex corporate transactions with tailored insurance solutions and market-leading expertise. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, specialist team at the centre of sophisticated deal-related claims work.
The role will see you managing transactional risk claims from first notification through to resolution across W&I, tax and contingent risk policies. You’ll assess coverage, review key deal documentation and evidence, work closely with underwriters, brokers, insureds and advisers, and help drive fair, commercial outcomes on complex and high-value matters
Qualified lawyer, ideally with 2-6 years’ PQE
Experience in insurance claims, disputes/litigation, M&A advisory or a related role
Strong understanding of contractual, corporate or M&A risk
Confident reviewing policy wordings, transaction documents and supporting evidence
Strong communication, drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach
