Job Title: New build cleaning operative (Part time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaning operative to join our team, specialising in cleaning newly built properties. This role involves preparing homes to a high standard before handover to clients, ensuring every detail is finished to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning window frames, sills, and internal glass to a high standard.
De-Taping surfaces and removing protective coverings.
full cleaning of newly fitted kitchens, including cupboards, worktops, and appliances.
Deep cleaning of bathrooms, including tiles, sanitary ware.
Dusting, vacuuming, and polishing all surfaces.
Removing construction dust and debris.
ensuring all areas are clean and ready for occupancy.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
Full uk Driving licence (Essential)
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not Essential.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good time management and reliability.
