About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant to join our Ludlow office. If you have estate agency experience and a strong background in valuations, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting for new business and generating leads
- Conducting market appraisals & writing Market Consultation Reports
- Listing new properties & writing up marketing descriptions
- Creating video tours to showcase properties
- Networking and providing outstanding client service
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM), with the following Friday afternoon off in lieu
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
