We are seeking a dedicated and resilient English Teacher to join our team at Just Learn, an alternative provision supporting students who require a different approach to education.

The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of learners, many of whom may have SEN, SEMH needs or gaps in learning.
* Build positive and supportive relationships with students to promote confidence, resilience and engagement.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to support academic development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral staff to support student wellbeing and behaviour.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has been working as an unqualified teacher or has relevant teaching qualification.
* Has experience teaching English at secondary level.
* Has experience or interest in working with students with additional needs, behavioural challenges or within alternative provision.
* Demonstrates patience, empathy and strong behaviour management skills.
* Is committed to supporting students to achieve both academically and personally.
