We are a chain of 10 beauty clinics and 14 beauty kiosks in shopping malls nationwide. We are looking to recruit a salon manager for our North London Salons located in Burnt Oak and Crouch End
Responsibilities:
-We are looking for somebody to look after all aspects of the business. The Manager will provide day to day support to therapists, look after their personal development, help and encourage them with sales and other financial enhancements.
- We are looking for the candidate to hold at least NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy. You will also be able to assist in providing beauty treatments for clients as and when needed
- Marketing and business development and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Conduct regular meetings with salon managers to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent supervisory skills, including the ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Qualifications
You will have knowledge and experience within the beauty industry and or aesthetics Industry, you will also have managerial experience
