We’re looking for a part-time crew member to join our smashed burger team. The role includes serving customers, taking orders and payments, and helping out with both front-of-house and kitchen duties. We need someone flexible who can work 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised the restaurant and work station.
- Collaborate with Front and Back of House colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with food preparation for the day.
- Handle payments and provide accurate change to customers.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- A positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work different schedules, evenings & weekends
