The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for experienced lawyers to run their own practice, retain a significant share of billings, and work with complete autonomy — all while benefiting from the infrastructure, brand, and support of an established firm.

Compensation & Earnings
- No base salary
- Earnings are directly linked to your billings
- Realistic earnings typically range from £150,000 to £500,000+
- High-percentage fee-share model (up to ~75% depending on work origination)
This model is suited to lawyers who want control over their income and growth, without traditional firm constraints.
The Model
- Work directly with clients at partner level
- Set your own:
- Billing rates
- Clients
- Working hours and location
- Build and scale your own team (“Pod”) if desired
- No billing targets, internal politics, or hierarchy
