Warehouse Operative
JH are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing business in Thirsk
We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established site in Thirsk, with an immediate start available (Monday).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience, ideally holding a counterbalance forklift licence.
Key Responsibilities
- General warehouse duties including goods in/out and stock control
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating FLT (counterbalance) where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting production and dispatch teams as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Counterbalance forklift licence preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern
Pay & Hours
- £15.88 per hour
- 38.75 hours per week
- Each shift: 8 hours 15 minutes (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
Shift Pattern (Rotating)
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:15
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:15
