Property Maintenance Coordinator (Lettings)

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to take control of property repairs and maintenance across a busy portfolio.
This role is about getting jobs done properly and quickly — not passing emails around.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage repairs from report to completion
- Instruct and control trades
- Obtain and challenge quotes
- Visit properties when required
- Update landlords with clear info and photos
- Ensure compliance and quality of work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lettings, property, or trades coordination
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repairs
- Confident dealing with contractors
- Highly organised and solutions-focused
- Full UK driving licence
