As an Apprentice, you will:
- Learn all aspects of Early Years Education at Level 2 or Level 3, as appropriate
- Organise activities to develop the children's skills
- Provide for the care and practical needs of the children, including health, hygiene and nutrition, well-being
- Work as part of a professional, friendly and supportive team
- Benefit from the support of a College Tutor, who will help you to achieve your qualification
You must be:
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Able to work with independence
- Able to communicate well, in writing as well as spoken word
- Able to work well with a team
- Flexible, with a positive attitude
- Resilient and reliable
In your Education, you would ideally have:
- GCSE Level 4 or above in English and / or Maths
- If you DO NOT have GCSE Level 4 in English and / or Maths, you may still be considered. A Functional Skills Course will be required.
