Social Worker – Children’s Services (MASH, LAC, Fostering, Leaving Care, CWD)
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £38,220 – £46,142 per annum + £3,000 Retention
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time
Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for Social Workers across multiple Children’s Services teams, including MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub), Children in Care (LAC), Fostering, Leaving Care, Children with Disabilities (CWD), and Frontline Safeguarding Teams in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced Children’s Social Workers to develop their careers within a supportive and progressive local authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload within your specialist team (MASH, LAC, Fostering, etc.)
- Complete assessments, care planning, and statutory visits
- Safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
- Work in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals
- Maintain accurate case records and reports
- Participate in court work and child protection processes where required
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Experience within children’s social care (preferred)
- Strong safeguarding, assessment, and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment
