```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during dental procedures and providing exceptional patient care. Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Record patient information and maintain accurate dental records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using dental software for record keeping and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs
