Jersey Electricity (JE) is building a high performance, future ready organisation. The People Partner L&D will develop and roll out JE’s company-wide learning strategy. This includes managing and supervising our Learning Management System (LMS) and building a learning culture that provides colleagues with skills for the present and strengths for the future. The role also leads the complete learning portfolio, including the deployment and continuous refinement of The Living Leader programme, and offers daily leadership and development for the L&D Administrator.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field.
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent L&D/OD qualification); mentoring.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution rigor and programme management.
- Inclusive, coaching-led people leader who builds capability in others and champions psychological safety.
