- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere

- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
Skills
- Proven experience in beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise work and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with a passion for beauty and personal grooming
