We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Early Years Educators & assistants to support a range of nurseries across the UK.

Who Can Apply
- Unqualified candidates with a minimum of 6 months UK childcare experience
- Level 2 Early Years Educators
- Level 3 (or above) Nursery Educators
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in a UK childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Flexibility to travel to local nursery settings
- Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the care and development of children aged 0–5 years
- Assisting with activities that promote learning through play
- Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
- Supporting daily nursery routines including mealtimes, naps, and outdoor play
- Following safeguarding and early years policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with nursery teams
Compliance
All successful applicants will be required to complete safeguarding and compliance checks, including references, right to work verification, and a DBS application where required.
