Student Recruitment Officer (Junior)
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Working Pattern: Office-based Monday to Thursday, 10:00am–6:00pm
Salary: £12,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Probation Period: 3 months. Probation target: 8 enrolled students per intake. Post-probation
target: 10 enrolled students per intake.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, admissions, or sales.
Responsibilities:
Recruit students, manage your own student pipeline, process applications, upload to university
portals, assist with CVs and personal statements, generate leads, and maintain records.
Commission Structure:
1–9 students: £500 per enrolled student
10–14 students: £750 per enrolled student
15+ students: £1,000 per enrolled student
Potential Earnings:
OTE £35,000–£70,000+ per year
Top performers may exceed these figures.
Exceptional recruiters who consistently exceed targets may earn significantly more through the
uncapped commission structure.
