Event Barista – Festival & Events Crew
Cargo House Coffee is looking for event baristas to join us for the 2026 festival season.
Must Be 18+
We’re a mobile coffee business travelling to festivals and events across the UK with our vintage coffee setup, serving speciality coffee at some of the country’s biggest events.
We’re looking for friendly, hard-working people who enjoy busy environments, festivals and being part of a good team.
The role involves making coffees, serving customers, helping with stock, keeping the van clean and helping everything run smoothly throughout event weekends.
You’ll be working at events including:
- Download Festival 10th - 14th June
- Love Supreme 3rd - 5th July 2026
- Truck Festival 23rd - 26th July 2026
- Kendal Calling 30th July - 2nd August 2026
- Boomtown 12th - 16th August 2026
- A New Day Festival 21st - 23rd August 2026
- Long Road Festival 27th - 30th August 2026

What we’re looking for:
- Good barista experience
- Friendly and reliable
- Good under pressure in busy environments
- Positive attitude and good people skills
- Someone who enjoys festivals, travel and hospitality
- Enjoy camping
- Happy working long event hours
Festival or event experience is a bonus but not essential.
This is seasonal festival work, so hours can be long and weekends are busy, but it’s a great atmosphere and a fun team to be part of over the summer. Accommodation is camping onsite at events.
