This is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll provide expert support to the administration team, the field-based team and site-based Colleagues ensuring a smooth service can be provided to our clients.
Job objective and responsibilities:
- To assist with the day-to-day supervision of a team of administrators who are supporting our field-based colleagues, Managers and Directors
- To ensure that the team’s workload is prioritised in order of importance.
- To ensure work is covered effectively during staff absence to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Provide administrative support to the Operational Management teams.
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Regularly create, maintain and improve reports to support the services delivered by our teams.
- Support service improvement initiatives and team development.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- 1 - 3 years management and supervisory experience in facilities or support services.
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a calm approach under pressure
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Excellent Excel knowledge and understanding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
