The Castle Inn Hotel is a 60 bedroom 4-star hotel with an enviable location in the Lake District.
The hotel boasts refurbished bedrooms, Tavern Bar and Bistro, Leisure Club and event space for up to 200 delegates. The Hotel is nearing the end of an extensive refurbishment.
We require a hands on Restaurant Supervisor to help support the management team. ties will include overseeing a breakfast and dinner shifts, managing conferences and helping to run other events, whilst also covering bar and assisting wherever needed whilst on duty.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious person who wishes to take the next opportunity. Candidates must have previous supervisory experience within hotels of 3 or 4 star standard and be used to dealing with guests and managing teams.
You can expect to work between 40/45 hours per week, and also on odd occasions will be required to do a management sleep over.
