This position involves carrying out both brick and block works to a high standard on a busy refurbishment scheme. You will be joining a well-established subcontractor client with whom we have maintained a successful working relationship for many years, offering a professional and supportive site environment.

Responsibilities
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out construction and renovation tasks
- Perform bricklaying and masonry work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Execute carpentry duties, including framing, fitting, and finishing work
- Conduct roofing activities, ensuring proper installation and safety compliance
- Operate welding equipment for metal fabrication and repairs
- Assist in site preparation, including setting out foundations and ensuring materials are correctly positioned
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work
Experience
- Proven experience in masonry, bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, or welding is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised construction equipment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is advantageous
- Prior experience working on construction sites or similar environments is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
