Multi-Site Gardener -– Small Residential Care Homes - Sittingbourne

Pathway Healthcare are looking for an experienced Gardener to make a difference to residents’ lives every day. We have a number of residential care services in West Sussex and Hampshire providing family size homes for adults and children with learning disabilities, and the elderly. We like our gardens to be an appealing space for residents to enjoy, and promote their well-being.
Working as part of our valued and committed Maintenance Team, responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the grounds are maintained to a high standard
- Cutting and maintaining all grass areas
- · Maintaining all flower/shrub beds
- · Planting and pruning
- · Garden projects to improve the space and usage of the gardens
- · Supporting the maintenance team as needed
About you
We are looking for a proactive team player with sound gardening experience, comfortable working on their own initiative, with the ability to build positive relationships with our Home Managers and residents, to deliver fantastic gardens for everyone to enjoy.
