Duties

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
- Monitor kitchen operations to optimise workflow and minimise waste
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Skilled in food production techniques with an eye for detail in presentation
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
