We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our experienced Scarborough team at Avalon Group.

- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting people with daily living, independence and wellbeing
- Supporting to pursue hobbies and enjoy a full social life, including going swimming, walking, and attending weekly activity groups.

What We’re Looking For
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the skills you need to deliver your role with confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain and develop life-long skills!

- Due to support locations, you must be able to reliably travel within the Scarbrough area, therefore a full UK-Driving Licence is desirable
