We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Warrington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, assisting clients with their enquiries, and promoting our services effectively.
Key duties of the role:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat channels.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends or issues, offering insights to improve service delivery.
- Assist customers with account management, including updates and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs, aiming to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries efficiently and effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
