This role
In part, to take the lead responsibility for the West Region Progression and So Flexi team and their performance across all sales regions, ensuring all areas of the Sales Progression and So Flexi Lettings Processes are delivered efficiently while meeting a wide range of varying KPIs. The role will require you to work closely with the both Regional Head’s of Sale and other key stakeholders across the business.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in running a progression team and consistently achieving set targets for exchanges and completions.

Experience in unblocking legal issues in an efficient manner to ensure exchange timescales are met.

Legal conveyancing experience

Motivational skills to lead an team to achieve the output linked to all So Flexi Homes including annual savings reviews, application processing, relets and conversion to shared ownership sales.

A history of working in Lettings and Shared Ownership property sales

Relationship management with SC, Progression colleague, Lettings, third party B2B clients and other stakeholders inside and outside of our organisation.

Understand the company environment and business landscape and set relevant objectives for the sales team in this regard

Understand the economic climate and be able to appropriately analyse data to understand how performance can be improved.
