Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Day and night shifts available. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in Dunster Lodge care home, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Skills
- Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
