Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Manage and support care staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent with minimum of 2 years experience
Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
