We're looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our growing team at Totally Branded. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll take ownership of customer orders once they've been agreed by our Merchandise Consultants, ensuring every project is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, our design team and the sales team, you'll coordinate every stage of the order process, keeping customers informed, solving problems and making sure every order runs smoothly from approval through to delivery.

What you'll be doing
Once a customer order has been confirmed by one of our Merchandise Consultants, you'll take ownership of coordinating the order through to successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Care
- Becoming the main point of contact for customers once their order has been placed.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the production process.
- Responding to queries or order problems professionally, efficiently and proactively.
- Delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
Order Coordination
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm stock availability, production schedules and delivery dates.
- Checking artwork approvals and production information before orders proceed.
- Coordinating with our Design Studio, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything is ready for production.
- Monitoring customer orders to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Resolving any issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Team Collaboration
- Working closely with Merchandise Consultants to ensure a seamless handover from sale to delivery.
- Supporting colleagues across the business during busy periods.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer journey.

Experience in customer service, administration, order processing or project coordination would be beneficial, but isn't essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (4:30pm finish every Friday)
