The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll manage the full process from start to finish. You will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Source candidates via headhunting, networking & job boards
- Screen, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage salary negotiations and offers
- Generate new business and follow up on leads
- Write and promote job adverts
- Build your personal brand on LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate CRM records
