We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant who can champion children and make sure they don’t just meet, but surpass, their potential.
In our Early Years setting, no two days are the same, but every day is meaningful. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be a cornerstone of a child's foundational education.
- A Culture of Inclusion: We pride ourselves on a whole-child approach. You’ll be supported in creating adaptive environments where neurodiversity and different learning styles are celebrated and valued.
- Professional Growth: We invest in our people. Whether you want to specialise in Speech & Language, SEND support, reading or writing, we’ll help you get there.
- A Joyful Environment: We believe in the power of play, messy exploration, and the lightbulb moments that happen in our indoor and outdoor classrooms.
As part of your role, you will ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and capable.
You will:
- Work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver small group and 1:1 planned teaching activities as well delivering tailored interventions that make the curriculum accessible to all.
- Be a champion for inclusion, supporting children with additional needs to thrive alongside their peers.
- Foster a safe, nurturing space where social and emotional development is prioritized as much as academic milestones.
- Observe and record the "wow" moments, helping to shape each child's unique learning journey.
We aren't just looking for a set of qualifications; we’re looking for a mindset. You’re perfect for this role if:
- You have a "can-do" attitude and a heart for service.
- You are patient, resilient, and possess a genuine empathy for the challenges young learners face.
- You understand that inclusion isn't just a buzzword—it’s a daily commitment to removing barriers.
- You hold a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (or have equivalent experience that shows your dedication).
