Conveyancing Assistant
Charltons Solicitors in Biddulph are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant.
We are a friendly boutique firm who pride ourselves in supporting our community. If you have strong experience as a conveyancing assistant, enjoy working as part of a tight knit team, and can provide excellent service to clients, this might be the role for you.
Your duties and responsibilities, include but are not limited to: –
· Working as part of a small, experienced team.
· Drafting contracts of sale.
· Dealing with registrations.
· Drafting and submission of SDLT Forms.
· Liaising with clients and maintaining high levels of client service.
· Liaising with other agencies including other parties’ solicitors, the Land Registry, Mortgage Companies, and key stakeholders.
At all times Charltons require outstanding communication skills, high professional standards of competence and financial integrity.
You will have prior experience of a property support role, knowledge of conveyancing laws and best practices, lenders handbook, CQS requirements, and experience of using a case management system.
Salary – up to £28,000.00, based on full time hours.
