Project Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (flexibility Required)
Salary: £60,000 + car allowance
Location: Grantham | Hybrid role
Contract Type: Permanent
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager on a hybrid basis in Grantham on a permanent basis.
Flexibility is required as projects can be around the UK and candidates must factor in travel times disrupting some of the core hours

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage refrigeration engineering projects from award through to completion, across a range of sizes and values
- Develop and control project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and supply chain partners
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Manage variations, change control, and commercial aspects of projects
- Provide accurate progress reporting and forecasting
- Production of 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, or building services engineering
- Recent experience working in, or strong exposure to, the FMCG industry
- Background on the tools , with a solid technical understanding of refrigeration systems and site operations
- Experience of using technical drawing software to produce electrical technical drawings
- Comfortable managing multiple projects of varying complexity and value
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- Good understanding of health & safety and project governance
- Full UK driving licence
