About the Role
We’re seeking responsible, motivated, and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support elderly and disabled clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Supporting clients with safe mobility and using correct moving & handling techniques
- Helping with medication prompts and management
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
