We are a well-established organisation delivering integrated engineering and property maintenance services across the UK. With over 50 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for supporting public sector organisations, housing associations, and commercial clients.
Operating primarily across London and the South East, we specialise in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and fault find electrical systems and carry out remedial works
- Complete testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Field-based role covering East London and Essex
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- AM2 (desirable)
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable)
- Previous experience within domestic or commercial electrical maintenance
- Full Driver’s Licence
