Advance Logistics Support is recruiting professional, reliable, experienced Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers for ongoing general haulage work with a well-established, market-leading transport company based in Northampton.
*Customer will take drivers with 6 months experience onwards, providing you have had commercial driving experience, including backing onto bays.

The Role:
· Safely operate curtain side lorries and flatbed vehicles to deliver goods to specified destinations.
· Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and optimise fuel consumption.
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
· Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies.
· Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery times and any unforeseen delays.
· Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial vehicle operation.
- Good communication and organisational skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
