This is a vital role at the heart of our operation, helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting our chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our kitchen and food preparation areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and cleaning pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Keeping food preparation areas clean, tidy, and ready for service.
- Assisting with the receipt and storage of food and equipment deliveries.
- Maintaining an organised and well-stocked storeroom.
- Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces, walls, floors, and kitchen service areas.
- Supporting the kitchen management team in adhering to all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Helping to create a safe, clean, and productive working environment for the entire kitchen team.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided.

The Details:
20 hours per week
Includes weekend and bank holidays
