About the Role: As a Customer Advisor at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will play a vital role in connecting customers to the products and services they need. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the customer's needs and ensuring they feel valued and connected.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Guiding customers through the sales journey and performing eligibility checks.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
- A proactive individual who takes ownership of problems and finds the best solutions.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but full training will be provided on the job.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary of circa £24,00 per year (based on a 37.5-hour week 21+) + commission.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling to include weekend work.

- In-person work at our EE retail store.
