Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Culinary expertise in various cuisines
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and flavor combinations
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
- Experience in high-volume food production environments, such as restaurants or catering services
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff
