About the Role
Coral Windows are looking to recruit a confident, customer-focused sales professional to take on a specialist role focused on re-engaging customers and helping them move forward with their conservatory or extension project.
This is not a cold sales role. You will be working with customers who have already received a quotation, supporting them through any required tweaks and the final stages of their decision and ensuring they feel confident in proceeding.
These are higher-value, considered purchases, so your ability to build trust, understand concerns and guide customers professionally is key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Re-engaging customers who have previously been quoted
- Understanding customer requirements and addressing any concerns
- Conducting appointments:
- In customers’ homes
- In our showrooms
- Via phone/video consultations
- Presenting and refining proposals using photo-realistic CAD designs
- Supporting customers in making informed decisions
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer journey
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a professional, personable individual who takes pride in doing things properly and building trust with customers.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident working both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organised, self-motivated and reliable
Desirable:
- Experience within conservatories, extensions or glazing
- Background in home improvements (be that windows & doors, conservatories, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms etc.)
- Experience presenting designs and/or using CAD systems
Full training will be provided.
