Your work will play a vital role in keeping both programmes organised, responsive and audit-ready.
This is a varied role where you'll support stakeholder communications, manage programme data, track actions and milestones, and provide essential administrative and project support.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and confidence using a wide range of Microsoft 365 applications. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience in an administrative, project support or programme coordination role is essential. Experience within further education, skills, employer engagement or externally funded programmes would be advantageous.
If you're organised, motivated and enjoy turning plans into action which makes a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you.
